Editorial:
Dear friends,

This is the second issue of inventor-musicæ. The last year started with a concert-lecture in London where I presented a concise history of Western music in Turkey encompassing the limited and “timid” involvments during the last decades of the Ottoman Empire followed by the impressive overture on Western arts during the early Republic years and finally I connected with the décadence experienced in our days.

Emphasizing the turqueries in the Western music with, of course, the so-called Turkish-March by Mozart.

Then I started on the recording of the complete piano sonatas by W. A. Mozart, released during 2014 in five CD set. It has been followed by the complete Partitas by J.S. Bach, published as two CD set, then I embarked on a very large-scale project: the Rhapsodies Hébraïques. Free form original piano compositions based on popular Jewish melodies.

Also, during the past year I changed my first name to: David Ezra.

This booklet is, as always, intended to be a yearly publication, summarizing information about publications (CD, DVD etc.) I released during the year.

I plan this publication to be informative and worth keeping. It is not intended to be just a "Newsletter" but, rather, a step towards further productive discussion which may start online by connecting with me on several social networks.

Needles to say, this is a very individual endeavor. Just like all my productions. I am a free, unbound, independent artist. I take all the hassle and risks for anything I publish.
